I’m very happy and proud to announce that my daughter Naomi and Gilad Handler, member of the team creating Jewish iPhone Community website got married on October 14th, 2010.  We will be “partly off-line” for at least few days.

Ceremony  was held by Chief  Rabbi of  Poland Rav Michael Schudrich and  Rabbi of  Ireland  Rav Zalman Lent.

Story from their website: “Gilad – born in USA but Israeli in the soul, likes bikes and motors, photography, all kind of animals and Naomi.

Naomi – born in Poland but Israeli in the soul, likes to organize everything possible, make-up, dogs, all kind of animals (except snakes) and Gilad.

How did they meet? One day when bored Gilad came home from the Army, and there were no pretty girls in the Kibbutz , he decided to log in to a chat room.

The same time Naomi had nothing to do after lessons in ulpana and was really bored so she also logged in to a chat room.

After few minutes of chatting, and a long time on the phone, somehow Naomi manage to convince  Gilad to come to Kfar Saba.  After this meeting they decided that they will meet again.

From that evening 7 years and few bumps on the road have passed by, and now from the cold and windy Ireland the love birds are happy to tell you that they are on the way to the chuppah in Israel.”

Short video from the wedding soon.
